Alden Lane Quilting in the Garden

Went to the outdoor quilt show at the local nursery today.  I just lasts two days and the quilts are hung outdoors on lines between the oak trees.  They are taken down and re-hung Saturday night for Sunday.  I bought these cute metal pumpkins that are painted with animal prints, one cheetah, one zebra, and one giraffe.  I have a pattern that call for 10 different batiks 5/8 yd each in one color family... I think I want to try it in animal prints.  Of course I do not have such animal prints and of course I have not made such quilt but this did not stop me from buying the metal decor to display with it!
