As part of my goals for 2022 I had planned to "audit the kits I have been stockpiling and prioritize those I want to complete, put back in storage, repurpose, or give away". I started that audit late summer 2022 but never finished it. Here is completion of that audit. I am getting the 2023 kit audit goal out of the way early in the year. This is the raw data only. No judgement, please on the quantity of kits.
I had restricted myself to purchase only one kit in 2022, but in reality I caved and I bought four. Whoops...

No judgement here! I have been quilting significantly less long than you, and I ran downstairs and counted 7 quilt kits + 2 wall hanging kits. Which is actually lower than I expected, given my obsession with Shabby Fabrics Kits this year. I can also confirm that you did give me the Scary Nights Stripper - it's one of the seven. And at some point I was up to AT LEAST 8, because I can immediately recall one quilt kit that I donated to my guild in a closet cleanout. So, I think for the amount of quilting you do - and the number of years you've been collecting - this is a reasonable selection to have. And hopefully, it's a selection you'll be able to shave down a little bit this year! You can already cross #15 off of your list, it's sitting in my stash now.
